DEULA-Nienburg and Landbúnaðarháskóli Íslands: A Successful Partnership within the Erasmus+ Exchange

In February of this year, two employees from DEULA-Nienburg visited the Agricultural University of Iceland (Landbúnaðarháskóli Íslands). This visit laid the foundation for a promising collaboration between the two educational institutions in the field of agricultural training under the Erasmus+ program.
Last summer, teachers from Landbúnaðarháskóli Íslands visited DEULA-Nienburg in Germany and were deeply impressed by the teaching methods and facilities offered. The challenge of finding an internship placement in Iceland was also addressed, considering the high competition in this area. Nevertheless, Landbúnaðarháskóli Íslands is willing to offer German apprentices the opportunity to undertake valuable internships in Iceland within the framework of the Erasmus+ exchange program.
This educational cooperation between DEULA-Nienburg and Landbúnaðarháskóli Íslands contributes to the internationalization of education and provides apprentices with a unique chance to gain international perspectives and expand their skills within the Erasmus+ program in a global context.
